We begin with compassionate conversation—meeting what arises without judgment, gently exploring stories, sensations, or emotions through a lens of loving awareness.

💗 Compassion Clearing

A subtle yet powerful process using spoken compassion statements to soften and dissolve ancestral, karmic, or subconscious imprints that keep looping in the background of your life.

🌀 Somatic Integration

Tuning into the body with gentle awareness or micro-movement—creating space for the nervous system to find regulation, safety, and a sense of internal trust.

We close in silence, resonance, or stillness. Whether through a soft tone, ambient sound, or deep quiet, this space allows what’s shifted to integrate fully and land gently in the body.

My name is Richard, and this is not just my work — it is my remembering.Through years of walking with breath, stillness, and the unseen threads of emotional alchemy, I’ve come to hold space not as a teacher, but as a companion in returning. My background weaves together breath facilitation, therapeutic sound practice, intuitive somatic support, and a lifelong reverence for the invisible. Compassionate Breath is the field that emerged from this path — a field where nothing is imposed, and everything is welcome.This is not about fixing. It is about listening. Rooted in meditation, breath, and soft movement, this weekly class is a place to simply be — no expectations, no pressure to “get it right,” just space to come as you are.
You’ll be guided through light stretching, mindful breathing, moments of stillness, and the soothing resonance of healing sounds — including chimes, gentle drums, and singing bowls.This is a nurturing, welcoming space where safety and presence are held with care.
