One-to-One Guidance
In these quiet sessions, you are met exactly where you are. We listen together — not just with ears, but with the breath, the body, and the field. Each 1–1 session weaves presence, somatic inquiry, and compassionate witnessing to support you in softening into your truth. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, emotional density, or simply seeking deeper coherence, these sessions create a safe, spacious container where your system can rest, unravel, and remember.Available online and in-person. Each Compassion Session is a deeply intuitive and energetically attuned journey into the heart of your inner world. Rooted in the Compassion Key modality and enriched with breathwork, somatic attunement, and emotional clearing, these sessions offer a safe and gentle container to meet and transform the parts of you that are longing to be seen, heard, and held.
What’s included in a session:
Each 1-1 session is a co-created space, intuitively guided and grounded in gentle presence. Sessions may incorporate some, all, or unique combinations of the following elements, depending on your needs and intentions.

Using targeted compassion statements to access and release karmic, ancestral, or subconscious imprints that are causing recurring patterns or emotional heaviness.
🌀 Somatic Integration
Subtle body awareness and movement to invite safety, trust, and regulation into the nervous system.
🔔 Sound & Stillness Closure
A quiet closing space inviting integration through deep stillness, gentle resonance, or silence—allowing the nervous system to settle and the shifts to fully land.
Meditation & Sound Library
A curated selection of complementary meditations and practices offered in service. These tracks are simple, spacious, and accessible — ideal for grounding, pausing, or re-entering presence throughout your day.
These bundled recordings offer deeper listening experiences designed to calm emotional turbulence, soften inner resistance, and cultivate a state of gentle balance. Each bundle carries a specific tone — such as clarity, quietude, or heart-softening — allowing you to choose what your system most needs in the moment.
